OUR CITY COUNCIL IGNORED PUBLIC OUTCRY to halt the new rezoning law and stubbornly allowed the future development of thousands of apartments next door to our homes and schools to be permitted.

WASTING TAXPAYERS DOLLARS, the City hired a battery of high-priced lawyers to litigate in favor of building up to 4,000 apartments in our neighborhoods. This urbanization of our community was made by a secret vote of the Council in 2022.
