The City of Englewood's new law allows the development of large apartment buildings to be built immediately next door to our homes and public schools, which would certainly put the essence of our residential neighborhoods in jeopardy.

With thousands of new apartment units, this unchecked growth could lead to a population surge of over 10,000 people(!!), straining our city’s infrastructure, flood zones, services, and schools beyond capacity. 

Despite our residents' outcry at City Council meetings, the City has disregarded our concerns. Englewood One Community and Residents have decided to take a stand by filing a lawsuit to preserve the character of Englewood for current and future generations.
